Mike Colter confirmed as Luke Cage

As previously rumoured, Mike Colter is confirmed to play Luke Cage in both Netflix’s “A.K.A Jessica Jones” and “Luke Cage”.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, Colter will make his debut as the character on “Jones” starring Krysten Ritter, before transitioning into his own series. Both will air on Netflix. Colter will also be part of the team-up movie “The Defenders”, which unites Jessica Jones, Daredevil, Iron Fist and Luke Cage.

You might recognize Colter from his appearances on “The Following” and “The Good Wife”.
