New deets on Terminator 6 filming and casting

You just can’t keep those superfans away from stuff like this. The crew at Terminator Fans have uncovered some new info on a new character for the yet-untitled “Terminator 6”, which also reveals some filming date info.

The Tim Miller-directed film was set to begin filming in March, but this new information would suggest this has been pushed back to May – November. The casting notice discovered is looking for a Latina and Hispanic talent to play the role of Dani Ramos, whose character description reads:

A young woman in her early 20s from Mexico City and has grown up in a working-class neighborhood. More street-smart than book smart, the character is said to serve as the main human lead character who could carry the franchise from here on out.

We do know that Linda Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger will both be back on board for the 6th instalment of the franchise, though it’s essentially a reboot of the series as it will take off from the events following “Terminator 2: Judgement Day” – ignoring the sequels that followed. The film is set for release July 26th, 2019.
