Oscar Isaac boards Alfonso Gomez-Rejon’s A Foreigner

Oscar Isaac has become attached to star in Paramount’s thriller “A Foreigner”, from director Alfonso Gomez-Rejon.

Variety has the news, reporting the pic revolves around “a murdered Guatemalan man who arranges for videos of his killers to be distributed after his death in order to uproot the corruption that has led to other killings.”

Chris Terrio penned the script based on David Grann’s 2011 New Yorker article “A Murder Foretold”.

Steve Zaillian of Film Rites is producing with Steven Rales, Garrett Basch, Mark Roybal and Mark Johnson.
