A new series about hot ’90s couple Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee is in the works at Hulu. Lily James (“Mamma Mia! : Here We Go Again”) and Sebastian Stan (Marvel’s ‘Winter Soldier’) will play the former “Baywatch” star and Motley Crue drummer, respectively, with Seth Rogen playing the chap who acquired the couple’s infamous sex tape.
“Pam & Tommy”, being penned by Rob Siegel, will be helmed by “I, Tonya” director Craig Gillespie. Rogen and constant cohort Evan Goldberg will also produce.
The series will apparently focus on the nudie vid, the repercussions of its release and the allegations of sexual abuse against Lee.
Shooting kicks off Spring 2021… on a boat, sans clothes, with a handicam. Not that I’d know.
