Tarsem Singh’s Snow White finally gets a title

Last month, tons of new photos from Tarsem Singh’s upcoming “Snow White” film were released featuring Lily Collins as Snow White and Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen. After being title-less for some time now, Relativity Media has announced that the film will be titled “Mirror, Mirror”.

Relativity Media announced today that the title for its upcoming reimagining of the classic Snow White fairy tale is “Mirror Mirror”. Filming for the comedy action adventure wrapped in mid-September under the direction of Tarsem Singh (“Immortals”, “The Cell”). The theatrical release date is set for March 16, 2012.

The newly titled film Mirror Mirror stars Lily Collins (“The Blind Side”) as an exiled princess who enlists the help of seven resourceful rebels to win back her birthright and Oscar-winner Julia Roberts as an evil Queen who steals control of a kingdom, in a magical adventure comedy filled with jealousy, romance, and betrayal that will capture the imagination of audiences the world over. The film also stars Armie Hammer (“The Social Network”) as the object of their affection, Prince Andrew Alcott, and Nathan Lane (“The Birdcage”) as the hapless and bungling servant to the Queen.

Rounding out the cast are Robert Emms, Mare Winningham, Michael Lerner, Mark Povinelli, Jordan Prentice, Danny Woodburn, Sebastian Saraceno, Ronald Lee Clark, Martin Klebba, Joey Gnoffo, Sean Bean
