1. Paramount have announced they’re returning to TV production, teaming with Sony Pictures Television and CBS to co-produce the “Beverly Hills Cop” series.

2. Benjamin Stockham will play Marcus, the title character, in the “About a Boy” series.

3. Naveen Andrews (“Lost”) is playing a renegade in the new thriller series “Reckless”, starring Patrick Fugit.

4. Teo Halm will play Cory and Topanga’s son in the “Boy Meets World” spin-off.

5. Sara Gran, author of the ‘Claire DeWitt’ book series, will pen an hour-long drama based on her creation. The TNT offering will see Gran executive producing, too, with John Wells, Andrew Stearn and Christopher Chulack working alongside her.

6. Scoot McNairy (“Killing Them Softly”) will star in the AMC pilot “Halt and Catch Fire”, a new ’80s Computer Drama starring Lee Pace.

7. Aussie Emma Booth (“Swerve”) will star in “Gothica”, the show that incorporates the legends of Dracula, Jekyll and Hyde, Frankenstein and Dorian Gray.

James Cromwell (“A Lonely Place for Dying”) will star in the new ABC pilot “Betrayal”, opposite Hannah Ware, about ”Sara (Ware), a beautiful but unhappily married female photographer who begins a torrid affair with Jack, a lawyer for a powerful family. Cromwell plays Terence Karsten, the head of the powerful Chicago family.”

10. Jesse L.Martin (“Rent”) has replaced Lenny Kravitz as Marvin Gaye in the bio “Sexual Healing”.
