“Ted Lasso” actress Juno Temple will star alongside Tom Hardy in the third “Venom” film.
Deadline reports the actress, who also appeared in Horns, The Dark Knight Rises, Black Mass and the recent series “The Offer”, among others, will play an unspecified role in the Kelly Marcel-directed threequel over at Sony and Marvel. Hardy reprises his role as the title character.
Marcel and Hardy also will produce, with Marcel writing the screenplay from a story she and Hardy wrote. Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal and Hutch Parker also are producing.
It has been rumored that other characters from the world of Spider-Man, including either Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield’s incarnation of the web-slinger, might be in the film too. That’s to be confirmed.
