It looks like Val Kilmer is set to reprise his role as Iceman for the upcoming “Top Gun 2”.
Kilmer took to his Facebook page to reveal he’s been asked to return to the franchise:

We will all miss Tony Scott one of the kindest gentlemen I’ve ever met in the film biz, but let’s fire up some fighter jets again!!!
