The artwork – and some new images – for “Tremors 5 : Bloodlines” have been released – and by none other than Burt Gummer himself, Michael Gross.
The former “Family Ties” star shared the goods via his Facebook page, along with a few words about a recent screening that was held in advance of the film’s DTV bow in October.
“One never quite knows how a film will turn out months after it has been out of your hands, but yesterday’s screening of Tremors 5: Bloodlines at Universal Studios Entertainment put my worries to rest,” said the actor, who is back as Gummer for the fifth time since the 1990 original. “There is humor, emotion, an extraordinary group of actors, and the full-throttle horror you have come to expect from this franchise. Burt Gummer is back, and teamed with the hilarious Jamie Kennedy. My grandson Nick gave it a thumbs-up.”
Don Michael Paul directed the new film, with John Whelpley (”Tremors 3: Back to Perfection”) responsible for the script.
