TV Casting: Gotham, Supernatural, Luke Cage

Raul Castillo (“Looking”) is set to play DC Comics villain Eduardo Flamingo in the upcoming season of “Gotham”.

“Eduardo Flamingo is one of Gotham’s most dangerous hitmen. Killing for him isn’t just a job, it’s an art form. Armed with a spiked chain and an appetite for flesh, this rock-a-billy assassin will prove to be one of Detective Jim Gordon’s (Ben McKenzie) trickiest foes” (via Variety).

Castillo will first appear in the ninth episode of season 2, with the second season scheduled to air on Fox at 8pm on Mondays.

Nate Torrence will guest star in “Supernatural’s” 11th season as Sam Winchester’s (Jared Padalecki) imaginary childhood friend Sully.

According to Variety, “Sully appears in episode 1108, titled “Just My Imagination,” because he needs Sam and Dean’s (Jensen Ackles) help”.

“Supernatural” season 11 premieres on The CW on October 7 at 9pm.

A host of newly released photos from the set of Marvel’s “Luke Cage” have confirmed another cast member.

Frankie Faison (“Banshee”) has been pictured with star Mike Colter outside the show’s Pop’s Barbershop, suggesting Faison might be playing Pop himself. Stay tuned for confirmation.

“Luke Cage” will premiere on Netflix in 2016.
