Woody Harrelson Joins Now You See Me

Woody Harrelson has joined Mark Ruffalo, Jesse Eisenberg, Morgan Freeman, Isla Fisher and Melanie Laurent in Louis Leterrier’s “Now You See Me”.

“Now You See Me” is about a team of FBI agents who are investigating the Four Horsemen, a squad of the world’s greatest illusionists who pull off a series of daring bank heists during their performances, then shower the profits on their auds.

Variety reports that Harrelson will play Merritt Osbourne, a mentalist and hypnotist known for his Jedi-style mind tricks. He used to perform overseas for the Queen of England, but a bloody incident forces him to flee to Vegas where he joins the Four Horsemen.

“Now You See Me”, written by Boaz Yakin and Edward Ricourt, will be produced by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci via their Kurtzman Orci Paper Products production banner.
