Sony has tapped Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Auburn to pen the script to its upcoming “Charlie’s Angels” film.
THR has the news, reporting Sony and director Elizabeth Banks are hoping Auburn will be able to “create rich, fully developed characters and not just pretty faces plugged into action.”
Max Handelman is producing with Elizabeth Cantillon.
