A bunch of new photos from the set of “Ocean’s Eight” have hit the web via ComingSoon.
Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter, Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling and Awkwafina are set to star in the all-female “Ocean’s Eleven” spinoff, with Gary Ross attached to direct.
In the film, Bullock will play the ex-con sister of George Clooney’s “Oceans” character Danny Ocean. She and her right-hand woman (Blanchett) will form a team of thieves to steal a necklace from the Met Ball in order to frame a villainous gallery owner.
Ross penned the script with Olivia Milch. Steven Soderbergh is producing. Susan Ekins is executive producing.
“Ocean’s Eight” will be released on June 8, 2018.
