Jeffrey Tambor mightn’t be leaving Amazon Studios’ “Transparent” after all.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the studio has not yet made a decision whether or not they’ll pink slip the actor until the investigation into harassment claims around its star has progressed.
Though Tambor originally issued a statement suggesting he’s leaving the series, a rep for the Emmy-winning actor told The New York Times on Wednesday that the actor has no plans on quitting.
“Transparent” castmember Trace Lysette was just one woman who came forward accusing Tambor of sexual harassment.
The new season was set to begin production next year for a late 2018 launch.
