Dante Pereira-Olson will reunite with his “You Were Never Really Here” co-star Joaquin Phoenix in the upcoming “Joker” for Warner Bros. Pictures.
The casting tip, first reported by Revenge of the Fans, was confirmed by Comic Book Movie who claim the actor plays a young Bruce Wayne in the picture.
Pereira-Olson likely shares his scenes with Brett Cullen who plays father Thomas. Bruce will only appear briefly in the film while Thomas Wayne is a main character.
Meantime, Douglas Hodge (“Penny Dreadful”) has been cast as butler Alfred Pennyworth in the film.
Zazie Beetz, Marc Maron, Shea Whigham and Robert De Niro co-star in the film, which Todd Phillips is currently helming for a October 4th 2019 release.
