Jurassic World franchise no longer concluding with Dominion

While the initial plan may have been to conclude the “Jurassic World” series at the upcoming second sequel, producer Frank Marshall suggests the franchise mightn’t be fossilizing anytime soon.

The veteran producer tells Collider that he sees “Jurassic World : Dominion”,  “the start of a new era” and adds, “The dinosaurs are now on the mainland amongst us, and they will be for quite some time, I hope” suggesting there’s more “Jurassic” adventures ahead.

“Dominion”, starring Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Justice Smith and Daniella Pineda, opens June 11 2021.
