Paramount Players have shifted the new “Paranormal Activity” from 2022…. to the next few weeks, . according to ViacomCBS Streaming’s Chief Programming Officer Tanya Giles.
Giles tells Deadline that the Jason Blum-produced spooker is an “unexpected reimagining of the beloved horror franchise” and it’ll be on the Paramount+ service, along with a documentary on the legacy of the franchise, “in time for Halloween”.
Emily Bader, Roland Buck III, Dan Lippert, and Henry Ayres-Brown star in the Will Eubank directed film.
There has been six movies in the series to date.
