Announced today during Warner Bros’ presentation at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, a sequel to “The Batman” with star Robert Pattinson and director Matt Reeves retained in their original positions.

The news comes hot on the heels of those insane HBO Max numbers, suggesting 4.1 M households watched the film when it hit the streaming platform last week.  The superhero actioner had already generated 760M around the globe during its theatrical run.

Whispers suggest Reeves may be seeking inspiration from the graphic novel ‘No Man’s Land’ for the next “Batman” film.
