Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz are currently in negotiaions to write the script for the “Top Gun” sequel- according to Variety.
And that’s pretty much anyone really knows -it’s not like there’s a plot yet because there isn’t even a script!
Miller and Stentz have previously collaborated on “Thor” and “X-Men: First Class”.
The original director Tony Scott has previously said he wouldn’t be keen to make a remake because “times have changed”, and there’s no word whether Tom Cruise will make a cameo or reprise “Maverick” Mitchell for us.
Jerry Bruckheimer and David Ellison will produce.
