Sean Faris Cast as Clyde in Bonnie and Clyde

In September, it was reported that Lindsay Pulsipher from HBO’s “True Blood” had replaced Hilary Duff as Bonnie Parker in Tonya S. Holly’s take of “Bonnie and Clyde”.

Sean Faris (“Never Back Down”) has now been cast as Clyde Barrow after replacing the likes of Kevin Zegers.

Parker and Barrow were portrayed in Arthur Penn’s 1967 classic “Bonnie and Clyde” by Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty. The new film aims to explore many aspects of the lives of the Depression-era bank robbers that have never been seen on the big screen before.

Holly plans to shoot in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and possibly Missouri. Thomas Rogers III is also producing along with Holly.

Faris is currently filming “Pawn” alongside Forest Whitaker, Ray Liotta, Stephen Lang and Nikki Reed.
