“Back to the Future” alum Christopher Lloyd has joined John Leguizamo and Dustin Ybarra in ABC’s multicamera comedy pilot “Only Fools And Horses”. Lloyd plays Grandfather to a couple of get-rich quick pranksters. (Deadline)

“Cosby Show” star Phylicia Rashad has joined “Do No Harm”, the Jelly & Hyde-esque pilot starring Steven Pasquale (TV Guide)

Dane Cook (“Waiting”, “My Best Friend’s Girl”) will star in NBC’s single-camera comedy pilot ”Next Caller Please”. Cook’s playing “Cam Doherty, a brash alpha male DJ and his feminist co-host set in the office of a satellite radio station.” (THR)

Tiffany Hines (“Nikita”) has joined the cast of ABC’s “Americana”. Hines will play a medical student on the show, which stars Anthony LaPaglia as an iconic fashion designer. (The Hollywood Reporter)

Majandra Delfino (“Roswell”) will play one of Mandy Moore’s sisters in the new comedy Moore and Shawn Levy are doing at ABC (Deadline).

Retired (*cough*) actor Leonard Nimoy is set to make an appearance – well, kinda – on CBS’s high-rating “Big Bang Theory.” My old mate Michael Ausiello says, “that the Star Trek icon will fulfill Sheldon’s (Jim Parsons) lifelong dream when he makes a cameo in the show’s March 29 episode. But there’s a catch: Nimoy will be heard, not seen. According to an insider, Nimoy will speak to Sheldon, as Spock, in a dream sequence. ” (TV Line)

“The Wire” alum Robert Wisdom is headed to “Nashville”. Wisdom’s playing a man running for Mayor in the ABC series, which “is described as a family soap about love, country music, family, politics and sex set against the backdrop of the Nashville music scene.” (Deadline)

The always-fab Beau Bridges (“Fabulous Baker Boys”, “SeaQuest DSV”) has joined the cast of Showtime’s “The Masters of Sex”. (THR)

Former “Grace Under Fire” star Brett Butler will play a bartender in Charlie Sheen’s new sitcom “Anger Management”, which premieres in September. (THR)

Elizabeth Perkins (“Weeds”) will star opposite Sarah Chalke in the new ABC pilot ”How to Live With Your Parents For The Rest Of Your Life”. Deadline says the show, “centers on Polly (Chalke), a recently divorced single mom, who moves in with her eccentric parents, Elaine (Perkins) and Max, a couple who’s full of life but knows no boundaries. I hear that the role, originally written a bit older, has been reworked for Perkins.”.
