“Parkland” is an all-star film that chronicles that unforgettable day in Dallas when… no, not when JR was shot… but the Prez, JFK. Yes kids, that man Bruce Greenwood from “Star Trek” plays in “Thirteen Days”.
The movie, produced by Tom Hanks’s company, features a rather nice cast including a scruffy-looking Zac Efron, Marcia Gay Harden from “The Newsroom”, Billy Bob Thornton, Jacki Weaver, James Badge Dale, Colin Hanks and TV Superman, Tom Welling. Peter Landesman wrote and directed.
