There was a moment in HBO’s brilliant “True Detective” when it looked like Rust, played by Matthew McConaughey, may have found love again – well, I guess he did, but it was short-lived.
So whatever happened to Laurie, played by Elizabeth Reaser? She was only ever in one scene!
This deleted scene from the highly-talked about series – which concluded it’s first season last Sunday – offers a bit more insight into why Rust and Laurie went kaput.
