Fans will have to wait a bit longer for the next “Bourne” instalment with Universal pushing the film back to 2016.
Originally dated at August 14, 2015, the film will now hit cinemas on July 15, 2016, reports Variety.
Justin Lin is directing the pic with Jeremy Renner returning to star.
Andrew Baldwin was only recently picked up by the studio to pen the script and a date has not yet been set for production to get underway. The later release date will give the studio more time to get the script finished and to complete production.
