Christopher Lambert has joined the cast of the Coen’s “Hail, Caesar!”.
The “Highlander” and “Southland Tales” star joins George Clooney, Josh Brolin, Channing Tatum, Tilda Swinton, Scarlet Johansson, Frances McDormand, Ralph Fiennes and Jonah Hill in what’s unarguably Lambert’s biggest film in years.
According to THR
, “Lambert will play Arne Slessum, a married European filmmaker whose
scandalous affair with a young starlet (Johansson) becomes yet another headache for the studio.”
Sylvester Stallone recently mentioned that he’d like to get Lambert in “The Expendables 4”, so smells like a comeback is in the wings for Connor MacLeod!
The film is scheduled for release February, 2016.
