What started as a political statement turns into a twisted mystery when a suspicious person claims to be their candidate, and the ensemble must scramble to cover up the campaign before their imposter gets elected.”

Cooley will pen the script and Garelick will direct should the pilot get the greenlight.

“Law & Order: SVU” alum BD Wong and “Masters of Sex” actor Kristen Hager have joined the cast of “Gotham”.

Wong will play Hugo Strange in a recurring role while Hager is on board to play Mr. Freeze’s wife Nora Fries.
