Jackman, Mangold reuniting for The Wolverine sequel

You can’t keep good X-Men down. The success of “The Wolverine” this past summer has lead Fox and director James Mangold to start the process of creating another instalment to the popular franchise.

Hugh Jackman, who will once again play ‘Wolverine’, is already set to reprise his popular role in next summers “X-Men: Days of Future Past”.

‘The Wolverine’ has been a massive success in overseas markets. It has been the highest grossing X-Men movie overseas raking up more than $213 million. This impressive figure makes it the second highest grossing movie among the franchise worldwide, only beaten by the original X-Men.

Mangold is said to be writing a treatment for the project, but the storyline is still being kept under wraps.
