Jason Momoa to play The Crow!?

After umpteen false starts, looks like the remake of “The Crow” is about to soar – and with Aquaman the one with the wings.

Jason Momoa, known for his roles in “Game of Thrones” and “Conan the Barbarian” and soon-to-be-seen as Aquaman in both Zack Snyder’s “Justice League” and James Wan’s “Aquaman”, has reportedly inked a deal to front the long-gestating remake of the Brandon Lee classic. Corin Hardy will be at the helm of the film, housed at Relativity Studios.

Momoa himself hinted that he’d signed on for the movie via an Instagram post (below) with Mashable‘s Jeff Sneider soon getting confirmation that a deal was imminent.

A number of actors have flirted with the Eric Draven role in recent years, including “Thor” alum Tom Hiddleston, Jack Huston, Bradley Cooper and Norman Reedus.

So no more of Chris Hemsworth’s Kevin then?
