Brian Tyree Henry, the versatile thesp known for his acclaimed turn on TV’s “Atlanta”, is set to follow up his role in the upcoming “Child’s Play” remake with another high-profile horror project.
Per The Wrap, the Emmy and Tony nominee is in advanced talks to join Emily Blunt in Paramount’s “A Quiet Place” sequel.
The new film, the plot of which is being kept under wraps, is due to open May 15, 2020. Details on Henry’s character are under lock-and-key.
While it’s unknown whether the original’s male lead will return, Cillian Murphy recently joined the cast of the film.
Series shepherd John Krasinski returns as director.
