This week’s NW (a gossip rag based out of Sydney, Australia) is apparently running whispery wordage that “Fifty Shades of Grey” star Jamie Dorman mightn’t be back for the sequel.
The magazine says Dorman’s wife is furious over those humpy-pumpy moments her husband and Dakota Johnson share in the movie; as such he’s agreed to part ways with Christian Grey.
Before Twitter collapses from the steam and retweets.. I checked in with someone that worked on the film and they said “it’s complete BS” that Dorman won’t be back for the next two chapters in E.L James’ steamy trilogy. Even if Mrs Dorman isn’t happy (and she’s likely fine with the film; remember, magazines need catchy headlines to jump off shelves and into your handbag!), her actor hubby has an obligation to fulfill, but moreso a piece of paper with his signature on it that legally binds him to reprise the role in two further films.
You’re safe, fans; he’s coming back.
