Comic Con : Kill Bill 3 could happen

During the panel for his upcoming film “The Hateful Eight”, writer-director Quentin Tarantino was asked whether we might see a third instalment in the “Kill Bill” series one day.

Tarantino has mentioned a couple of times that he’s interested in following-up “Kill Bill” Volumes 1 and 2 – even considering an all-animated sequel at one stage – but the quietness on any “Kill Bill 3” talk over the past couple of years suggested that the iconic filmmaker had given up on that idea.

Not so.

Tarantino said today, “Never say never to Kill Bill 3,” said the Tarantino. “Uma [Thurman] would really like to do it. We talk about it every once in a while. Vernita’s daughter just needs to get a little older.”

Vernita is, of course, the on-screen daughter of Vivica A.Fox’s character – who was killed by The Bride (Thurman) in the movie. The young girl witnessed her mother’s death, suggesting she’ll come after her executioner in later years.
