An adventure film about Charles Darwin is in the works at Disney with Stephen Gaghan set to helm from his own script.
The project remains untitled and plot details haven’t been released, so stay tuned for further details.
Darwin, for those that don’t know (I don’t blame you for getting your 19th century scientists muddled up), was the English naturalist and geologist who is best known for his contributions to evolutionary theory. In his 1859 book “On the Origin of Species”, Darwin first established that all organisms descended from common ancestors.
