No doubt in an attempt to attract a global audience, Wonder Woman no longer sports her patriotic stars and stripes in favour of something more world-friendly or, er, dull.
The first pic of Adrianne Palicki (TVs “Friday Night Lights” & “Lone Star”) as the latest incarnation of the DC comics superheroin hit the net this morning.
Though many have spat in the direction of the JPEG bearing the new Wonder Woman and her garb, DC comics are said to be rather pleased with it – it, they say, closely resembles the Wonder Woman of today.
Hard to say how the new “Wonder Woman” series – starring Cary Elwes, Elizabeth Hurley and Aussie Brett Tucker – will I spotted a dirt cheap box set of the short-lived “Terminator : Sarah Connor Chronicles” at the pawn shop this morning and something tells me I might find “Wonder Woman : The Complete Series” same place, same time next year.
