“Hereditary” (and “Jumanji : Welcome to the Jungle”) star Alex Wolff will star in M.Night Shyamalan’s next, a film shrouded in mystery that’s housed at Universal.
While the “Glass” helmer announced casting had begun on his Twitter a couple of days back but Collider say they’ve got intel on just who’ve nabbed the roles.
Per the site, Wolff, Eliza Scanlen (“Little Women”), Thomasin McKenzie (“True History of the Kelly Gang”), Aaron Pierce (“Krypton”) and Vicky Krieps (“Phantom Thread”) will be on the credit block.
Last September, Universal announced that Shyamalan would write and direct two original thrillers for the studio, which would release them in theaters on Feb. 26, 2021 and Feb. 17, 2023, respectively.
I have begun casting my new film which we will shoot as soon as it is safe. I have been overwhelmed by the auditions. Recorded in homes all around the world. With such staggering numbers. The talent has been extraordinary. Thank you for auditioning for me! Truly moved.
