“Frozen’s” Idina Menzel may star in “Happy Time”, a series from Warner Bros. TV and Ellen DeGeneres’ A Very Good Production.
The single-camera comedy will be penned by “Girl Meets World’s” Randi Barnes and centres on a woman in the public eye who decides she’s going to stop pretending that she’s so happy all the time.
DeGeneres will exec produce with Jeff Kleeman however the show won’t be proposed to the networks until the next development cycle as it will be pitched for the 2016-17 TV season.
