Joseph Gordon-Levitt Might Join Tarantino’s Django Unchained

With each casting announcement regarding Quentin Tarantino’s spaghetti western “Django Unchained”, the more awesome the cast continues to get. Variety is reporting that “50/50” star Joseph Gordon-Levitt may join Tarantino’s “Django” if his schedule permits him.

Currently filming Steven Spielberg’s “Lincoln”, the actor is also filming Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight Rises”.

Tarantino plans to start shooting “Django” in New Orleans in January for a Christmas Day 2012 opening.

Should Gordon-Levitt close a deal for “Django,” he’d join his “Inception” co-star Leonardo DiCaprio, as well as Jamie Foxx, Samuel L. Jackson, Christoph Waltz, Kurt Russell and Don Johnson in The Weinstein Company pic.

No word yet on who’d Gordon-Levitt would play in the film.
