Fresh off it’s sucessful festival debut, Damien Chazelle’s “La La Land’s” has been delayed by one week.
The romantic musical drama will now open in limited release on December 9 before expanding on December 16.
Starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, “La La Land” garnered rave reviews at the Telluride, Venice and Toronto International Film Festivals and is expected to be a strong Oscars contender.
J. K. Simmons, Rosemarie DeWitt, and Finn Wittrock co-star in the film.
