While Fox are already banking on a second and third chapter in Ryan Reynolds’ “Deadpool” movie saga, Dreamworks Animation and Universal Pictures have opted not to push forward with a sequel to caveman toon “The Croods”, which Reynolds would’ve lent his voice to.
Even after hiring some new writers to add a magical touch to a seemingly impenetrable script, the studios couldn’t come up with anything worth filming, so have decided to abandon plans for a December 22, 2017 sequel.
Good news is, the studio is still strongly considering doing a fifteenth sequel to “Despicable Me”.
