Effin’ amazing character actor William Fichtner (“Prison Break”, “Entourage”, “Drive Angry”) has replaced Dwight Yoakam on “The Lone Ranger”, according to Deadline.
With the Disney blockbuster, starring Johnny Depp (Tonto) and Armie Hammer (The Lone Ranger), pushed back a couple of times due to budget and script issues, Yoakam’s schedule got a bit sticky and was forced to dropped out.
Fichtner’s playing a villain in the bigscreen reboot of the TV classic.
Helena Bonham Carter, Ruth Wilson, James Frain, and Tom Wilkinson also star in the May 2013 offering.
