Sarah Paulson is in early negotiations to join director Gary Ross’ “Ocean’s Eight”, reports Deadline.
Paulson would join Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, and Awkwafina in the all-female spinoff of “Ocean’s Eleven”.
Ross co-wrote the script with Olivia Milch which follows the group of theives, led by Bullock’s character, who try to pull off a major heist.
The film has been given an October start date in New York with “Ocean’s Eleven” director Steven Soderbergh on board to produce.
