Actor Leonardo DiCaprio and director Martin Scorsese are set to bring in the big bucks at the box office for a fifth time on their latest collaboration, this time to bring Jordan Belfort memoir “The Wolf of Wall Street” to the silver screen, reports Deadline.
With a script written by Terence Winter, the exec producer of The Sopranos and Boardwalk Empire, filming will begin in August in New York after Winter polishes his script before shooting is set to begin.
The film will be produced by Scorsese and his production head Emma Tillinger Koskoff as well as Irwin Winkler, DiCaprio and his Appian Way partner Jennifer Killoran, and Alexandra Milchan, who long developed the project before becoming an executive at New Regency.
