Clearly not much chop, Sony Screen Gems has shifted “Slender Man” (view the trailer here) from May to August.
The movie, starring Joey King, Julia Goldani Telles, Annalise Basso, Jaz Sinclair, and Alex Fitzalan, is set in a small town in Massachusetts where four high school girls perform a ritual in an attempt to debunk the lore of Slender Man. When one of the girls goes mysteriously missing, they begin to suspect that she is, in fact, HIS latest victim.
“Slender Man” opens (or will it?) August 24th.
