Oscar Winning composer Alexandre Desplat (“The Grand Budapest Hotel”) will reunite with Gareth Edwards – who he worked with on last year’s “Godzilla”- for “Star Wars : Rogue One”, says Film Music Reporter.
“Rogue One” is the name of the newly-announced “Star Wars” spin-off film that’s rumoured to be set before the events of 1977’s “Star Wars : A New Hope”. Felicity Jones (“Like Crazy”) will star in the film, due December 16, 2016.
Desplat has worked on several other franchises, including the “Harry Potter” and “Twilight” films.
