A former “Neighbours” actress is in talks to play the female lead in a big-time new Leonardo DiCaprio flick.
Margot Robbie, who played Donna Freedman on the Aussie TV soap before making the transition into U.S Prime-Time drama with “Pan-Am”, is in talks to co-star in “The Wolf of Wall Street”. DiCaprio, Jonah Hill, Jean Dujardin and Kyle Chandler are all involved in the Martin Scorsese-directed adaptation of the best-selling novel by Jordan Belfort, who DiCaprio plays in the film.
Says The Hollywood Reporter :
She would play Nadine, the wife of Jordan Belfort, the Wall Street trader to be played by Leonardo DiCaprio.
The picture will begin shooting in New York in August.
