Gerard Butler has signed on to star in workplace drama “The Headhunter’s Calling”.
Mark Williams will make his directorial debut from Bill Dubuque’s script about a ruthless headhunter who arranges jobs for engineers. He is about to achieve his longtime goal of taking over the company, when his 10-year-old son falls ill — resulting in a clash of personal and professional priorities.
Williams, Butler and Alan Siegel are producing. Exec producers are Dubuque, Danielle Robinson and Dan Bekerman of Scythia Films.
Production will kick off on October 26 in Toronto.
