“Star Wars : The Rise of Skywalker” actress Keri Russell stars in “Antlers”, a Guillermo del Toro-produced spook-fest that sees a teacher and her brother, the local sheriff, discovering a young student who harbours a dangerous secret.
Based on the short story by Nick Antosca, “Antlers” is directed by acclaimed helmer Scott Cooper (“Crazy Heart”).
In addition to Russell, the film co-stars Jesse Plemons and Jeremy T.Thomas as the brother and student, respectively, with JT Corbitt, Graham Greene, Scott Haze, Rory Cochrane, and Amy Madigan also among the cast.
Fox Searchlight Pictures will distribute the picture sometime next year.
