The trailer for Tim Burton’s “Big Eyes” has hit.
The film is based on the true story of the relationship between Walter (Christoph Waltz) and Margaret Keane (Amy Adams) who were famous in the 50s and 60s for their paintings of children with large eyes. Even though Margaret painted the pictures, Walter took credit for the work as he didn’t think people would buy art from a woman.
Krysten Ritter and Jason Schwartzman also star in the pic which, in comparison to Burton’s typical spooky flicks, looks somewhat… dare I say it… tame!
While I’m sure it will be far from the ordinary, you’ll be able to see it for yourself when it opens on Christmas Day.
