”Bumblebee”, the first in a series of planned “Transformers” spin-offs, set up at Paramount, has tapped Travis Knight (“Kubo and the Two Strings”) to direct, says Deadline.
The film, which would be Knight’s live-action debut, boasts a screenplay from Christina Hodson. Steven Spielberg and Michael Bay are among the producers.
