Rumours earlier this year suggested that the new “Thor” film – “Thor Ragnarok” – would feature Planet Hulk – better known as Planet Sakaar.
That’s now been confirmed, with Total Film confirming the Bruce Banner’s giant green Avenger is indeed on the planet when Thor (Chris Hemsworth) meets up with him again.
“Thor : Ragnarok” Director Taika Waitit tells the magazine : “Sakaar was just an insane, far-off, furutistic place which was the biggest shift for the film and these characters. I was really excited when Kevin and the rest of Marvel jumped on board with the idea to use Kirby as a big influence in the design of the film. What’s really hard is staying authentic.”
“Thor : Ragnarok”, which also stars, opens November 3, 2017.
