In the sequel to “The Pink Panther”
Andy Garcia, John Cleese, Alfred Molina and Aishwarya Rai (whatever happened to that movie she was supposed to be doing with Michael Douglas? “Racing the Monsoon”?) will join Steve Martin and Aussie supermodel Jennifer Hawkins in “The Pink Panther 2”, says Variety.
Emily Mortimer and Jean Reno will also be reprising their roles from the first – widely panned – film.
Cleese will play chief inspector Dreyfus in the pic. Garcia, Molina and Rai have signed on as detectives and experts who join forces with Clouseau to catch the thief who has been stealing artifacts around the world.
